Her expertise lies in applying behavior analytic principles and techniques to help individuals with behavioral challenges achieve their full potential and improve their quality of life. She has conducted numerous functional behavior assessments, designed and implemented effective behavior intervention plans, and facilitated social skills programs in various settings. She has also written and hosted several training seminars on topics such as school-wide behavior modification and positive behavior supports, class-wide behavior management strategies, self-management, and data-based decision-making. Additionally, she has taught and supervised students pursuing the B.A.C.B. certification at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology for 7 years. Her mission is to deliver high-quality behavior analytic services, training, and supervision to her clients, staff, and students.
